TUES 25 - WED 26.04.2017: ANZAC DAY - "LEST WE FORGET". Exited the Red Earth Estate and headed to a park for brunch. The shops open at 1.00pm today so we will relax and then shop for our supplies. As a footnote to yesterday's zoo adventure - for those not as mechanically gifted as Carole and Sybil, one tip. When hiring an electric golf cart do not expect engine noise. Yep, received our instructions, turned the key to 'ON' and waited. Repeated the process, then finally had to call for assistance - AGAIN! FYI: 'ON/OFF' switch - no motor noise!

Next stop is Terramungamine Reserve (free camp), which is situated at Brocklehurst, north of Dubbo.
