SUNDAY 23.04.2017: Determined today a rest day and as such we made our way up to our host's cellar door for a wine tasting and cheese platter. Red Earth Estate wines are made on-site in their winery with fruit hand picked from their own vineyard. They have been operating since 2001 and the winemaker, Ken Borchardt, is happy to help you discover the wines and discuss the winemaking process.
