HOBART

SATURDAY 7 - TUESDAY 10.1.2012: W-E-'R-E B-A-C-K - slight glitch with the computer, followed by areas with no mobile phone or Internet service! Headed back to Hobart and the Showground. We set out for the Salamanca Markets and on arrival soon realised we had encountered the "mother" of all markets. Protocol dictated that you shuffle along behind the person in front and if an item was to be viewed ensure that you step aside otherwise the "Domino Effect" came into play. We did make it through the entire markets, but had to stop for a lunch break! Next day we supported the local markets held at the Showground - a much more low key affair! Then the winds came - two days where the Motorhome rocked so much that we almost had to take TravelCalm!
