FRIDAY 2.3.2012: After a l-o-n-g night we waited till an appropriate hour and then started the phone round - not so easy. Vet in Beaconsfield was off performing a Cesarean and George Town only had a vet visit every Friday from 3.00 - 4.00pm. Today was the day, so we headed on out! As Madison was now eating we decided to dose her up with Metacam just in case she had injured herself jumping off one of her motorhome viewing platforms. Pulled into George Town Information Centre Car Park (Freedom Camp), and waited for the Metacam to kick in or prepare for the vet visit at 3.00pm. At 2.50pm Madison exhibited signs of improvement - the threat of the vet works wonders, plus of course the drugs! Need to make mention that overnight we were able to pick up a motorhome full of ants - yes the ant baits were successful!
